Earn the Creator Rank as a growing content creator and receive the following perks + the perks from Rising rank!\

Media Chat Unlocked: `/mediachat` - Chat privately with other media ranks in-game\
Command Unlocked: `/ptime` - Control your own time\

Command Unlocked: `/hat` - Wear items as a hat\
