Custom Enchantments

On our Survival server, you can discover a wide variety of unique custom enchantments that enhance your gameplay beyond the standard vanilla enchantments.

Obtaining Custom Enchantments

You can acquire custom enchantments through various methods:

  • Enchantments GUI: Access the enchantments GUI using the /ce or /enchanter command to view and buy custom enchantments.

  • Enchanting Table: Use an enchanting table to randomly receive custom enchantments on your gear (low chance).

  • Anvil Combinations: Combine custom enchanted books or items on an anvil to apply or level up the enchantments.

  • Villager Trading: Trade with villagers to obtain custom enchanted books or items (low chance).

Interacting with Custom Enchantments

Custom enchantments function similarly to vanilla enchantments in terms of game mechanics:

  • Anvil: Use an anvil to combine custom enchanted items or apply custom enchanted books to your gear. You can also combine multiple books of the same custom enchantment to increase its level.

  • Grindstone: Remove unwanted custom enchantments from your items using a grindstone.

  • Enchanted Books: Custom enchantments can be found on enchanted books, which can be applied to appropriate gear using an anvil.

Custom Enchantment Information

To get detailed information about a specific enchantment, use the /enchantinfo [enchantment] command.

Each custom enchantment has two important properties:

  • Success Rate: The chance of successfully applying the enchantment to an item.

  • Destroy Rate: The risk of the item being destroyed during the enchanting process if the enchantment fails to apply.

Each custom enchantment has an equal chance of being obtainable.

Scrolls and Dusts

There are several special items that can be used to modify and enhance your custom enchantments:

  • Black Scroll: Removes one enchantment from an item and converts it into an enchanted book.

  • White Scroll: Protects an item from being destroyed due to a failed custom enchantment application.

  • Randomizer: Rerolls the success and destroy rates on enchanted books.

  • Transmog Scroll: Organizes the lore and shows the enchantment count on an item.

  • Slot Increaser: Increases the maximum number of custom enchantments that can be applied to an item.

  • Magic Dust: A resource used in the /alchemist to combine and upgrade custom enchanted books.

You can obtain these scrolls and dusts through various means such as loot chests, villager trades, and the /tinkerer command which allows you to recycle custom enchanted books in exchange for magic dusts and experience.

If you encounter any issues with custom enchantments not functioning properly on your armor, use the /reapply command to refresh the enchantment effects.
