Discord Support

Join our Discord server to connect with other ProtectorsCraft players, share your experiences, and get community support. Our Discord server features:

  • Dedicated channels for general discussion, troubleshooting, and feature requests

  • Real-time assistance from our knowledgeable staff and helpful community members in the #community-support channel

  • A ticket system for reporting issues or contacting staff directly. Create a ticket in the #create-ticket channel, and our team will assist you as soon as possible

  • Announcements on upcoming features, events, and server updates

  • A place to showcase your builds, creations, and experiences on ProtectorsCraft

Email Support

For any inquiries or issues that require direct communication with our team, you can send an email to kaludi@protectorscraft.us. When contacting us via email, please provide the following information:

  • Your Minecraft username

  • A clear, concise description of your issue or question

  • Any relevant screenshots or log files that may help us understand and resolve your issue more effectively

We strive to respond to all emails within 24-48 hours, but during peak times or weekends, it may take a bit longer.

In-Game Support

If you need assistance while playing on ProtectorsCraft, you can reach out to our staff members in-game. Look for players with the [Staff] prefix in their names.

When requesting help in-game, please:

  • Be specific about your issue or question

  • Provide your location (coordinates or warp name) if the issue is related to a specific area on the server

  • Be patient and respectful towards the staff members assisting you
